We had a fantastic time at the Riviera during our family vacation with two other couples. The kids loved the variety of activities, especially movie nights on the lawn and the beach yoga sessions. Plus, the stunning ocean views from our room really made our stay special.
My kids wished there were more food options at the resort. A wider range of kid-friendly meals would definitely improve the experience for families.

Beach fun but needs fixing
The beach access was awesome, and the staff at the beach were super friendly! But man, the room was really outdated—those double beds were a nightmare! It took forever to get our food at the beach bar. I almost went to get burgers myself! Wi-Fi was a joke, totally unreliable while we were there.

Clean rooms, great beach access, but the indoor pool was too hot for me.

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The location provided easy access to the beach, which was a major plus for our family. The room was fairly spacious, allowing our children some room to play during downtime.
The overall ambiance was a bit dated compared to expectations.

Access to a private beach adds real value, letting you avoid the crowded public options nearby. Towel exchange system keeps things organized, allowing for a relaxed day by the shore without the hassle of tracking down towels.
The room felt outdated, with some furnishings desperate for a facelift. Noise from adjacent rooms wasn't just a minor annoyance. it disrupted sleep more than once, making it tough to recharge for the next day. Dining options left much to be desired. the on-site restaurant didn’t provide enough variety, especially for families looking for kid-friendly meals. Plus, the parking fee seemed excessive on top of the already steep nightly rate. Other guests expressed frustrations with cleanliness in some areas upon check-in, which can dampen the mood at the start of the stay, even if the staff does their best.

This place was just a commendable fit for a quick stopover in South Yarmouth with great value for money. The beach setting was quite nice, making it easy to enjoy some sun and sand after a long drive. Just make sure to keep track of your towel card, or you might end up paying extra.

Perfect for Families
We just had a nice stay at this place. The beach was so close and the kids enjoyed the activities like kite making and flying. My daughter couldn’t stop talking about the fun at the kids club.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was still acceptable for what we got.

The movie nights on the lawn were a highlight, and we loved the beach yoga sessions. The place has a fun, relaxed vibe and lots of activities for everyone. Don't miss the soft towels and comfy beds!
The only downside was that the room we stayed in felt a bit outdated, which some might not like if they expect a more modern look.
